Starting a business is a challenge but well worth the effort. The following information will assist you in making your business successful. NHLA also offers periodic business programs, so watch the events page for upcoming programs.
New Hampshire Small Business Development Center
One of the first sources of information for any small business should be the New Hampshire Small Business Center. At this site you can find information pertaining to business plans, cash flow, frequently asked questions, financing and start up issues including basic business form.
Safety and Health
The NH Occupational Safety & Health Program provides a free on-site Occupational Safety & Health Consultation Service to eligible employers, primarily targeted to small businesses. Whether an employer has a question about the safe use of a specific piece of equipment or would like information about establishing a workplace safety program at a work site, program staff members are available to provide consultation to employers seeking such assistance.
